The developer keynotes for E3 have ended, though this doesn’t mean that E3’s over as there’s still more devs and publishers with their own announcements at the E3 show floor. Bandai Namco for example, has released new trailers for their upcoming Ace Combat 7 and Code Vein, as well as announcing the fighting game DRAGON BALL FighterZ.

ACE COMBAT 7: SKIES UNKNOWN

A new trailer for the long awaited next installment in Bandai Namco’s ever-popular combat flight simulator series, ACE COMBAT 7: SKIES UNKNOWN, was showcased at E3 2017. Featuring story elements that bring players back to the Strangereal universe, the game promises to deliver heart-pounding action, a gut-wrenching storyline, and the most advanced visuals to ever grace an Ace Combat game.

ACE COMBAT 7 is slated for a 2018 release for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. PS4 players will be able to play certain parts of the game with Sony’s PlayStation VR.

CODE VEIN

The post-apocalyptic and vampire-themed action RPG, Code Vein, was announced last April by Bandai Namco and is slated for a 2018 release for PC and consoles. For E3 Bandai has unveiled a new trailer for the game (which you can watch above).

The game’s story is as follows:

In the not too distant future, a mysterious disaster has brought collapse to the world as we know it. Towering skyscrapers, once symbols of prosperity, are now lifeless graves of humanity’s past pierced by the Thorns of Judgment. At the center of the destruction lies a hidden society of Revenants called Vein. This final stronghold is where the remaining few fight to survive, blessed with Gifts of power in exchange for their memories and a thirst for blood. Give into the bloodlust fully and risk becoming one of the Lost, fiendish ghouls devoid of any remaining humanity.

DRAGON BALL FighterZ

Lastly, Bandai has announced their upcoming fighting game, DRAGON BALL: FighterZ. Based on the popular Dragon Ball anime franchise, the game gives fans of all skill levels the opportunity to feel like their favorite DRAGON BALL character.

The game is developed by Arc System Works, and delivers an explosive, action-packed game that combines classic 2D fighting visuals with advanced 3D character models (much like popular fighting games nowadays). It will also feature a 3 vs. 3 mode.

DRAGON BALL FighterZ will be available for the PlayStation 4 system, Xbox One and PCs via STEAM in early 2018.
