Taiwanese brand Gamdias just launched their newest line of peripherals aimed at gamers who want bang for the buck gear. During their event, the team behind the brand showed off three mechanical keyboards, two membrane keyboards, a few mice that come as bundles, and two headsets.

The whole theme for Gamdias is Greek mythology, so expect every product to have Greek Gods for names. For mechanical keyboards, Gamdias has the Hermes line. The Hermes RGB and Hermes 7 Color both feature Cherry MX switches built for long hours of gaming abuse. The Hermes Lite features a single color backlight with 5 levels of brightness. All the keyboards also feature Windows Key lock, programmable macro keys, and a wrist rest for comfort.

The Ares line of keyboards (Ares 7 Color and Ares V2) are membrane keyboards aimed at more entry-level gamers, or desktop users that want to slowly ease in to the full gaming experience. The Ares 7 Color features a backlight scheme of seven colors that can be customized, Windows Key lock, and a lighter weight over mechanical keyboards that allow portability. The Ares V2 is the cheapest of the keyboards but offers side lighting and a spill-proff design that prevents hardware failure due to accidental juice or coffee spills. Both the Ares 7 Color and the Ares V2 come bundled with the Erebos and Demeter II gaming mouse respectively, making it a good first gaming peripheral package.

Rounding out the Gamdias peripherals available locally are their headsets, the Eros Elite and the Hephaestus. The Eros Elite features 50mm drivers, a detachable microphone, an extended Y-cable with remote control, and a pair of large ear cups for surround sound experience, complete with extra ear pads. The Hephaestus features 40mm drivers, LED lighting, volume and microphone mute controller, and aluminum heatsinks built to keep the headset at optimal temperatures despite long periods of use.
