The latest action game from Gryphline is now available to download and play. Arknights Endfield is an action-oriented third-person game with base-building mechanics. A spin-off successor to the tower defense game Arknights, Endfield is set in the far future of the same universe, with the characters tasked to explore a moon called Talos-II. The game is available on mobile, PC, and PS5.
Endfield Industries is the organization responsible for developing Talos-II. Players assume the role of the Endministrator, or Endmin. As the game progresses, the Endmin assumes command of a group of operators to investigate the Landbreakers, and how they tie to the Blight Tide and the destruction that is ravaging the settlements of Talos-II.
Endfield combines action-leaning, explorative gameplay similar to Genshin Impact with base-building mechanics like how one would play Factoria. As players go through the story, they uncover new structures to build. New structures mean improvements in navigation and even gear for operators. It is also a gacha game where you pull for weapons and operators, each of these bringing powerful additions to your arsenal and team. From our time playing, it seems like the game requires players to understand the actual combat mechanics more than having to rely on powerful 6-star characters.
