The final wing of Hearthstone’s Curse of Naxxramas adventure is almost upon us! Check out the bosses that will be trying to ruin your raid and start thinking of strategies!

The fifth and final week or Curse of Naxxramas is here and with it, the last wing! It’s been a wild ride so far for us, and the last two bosses will surely finish this great adventure in style. And yes you counted right: there are only two bosses to defeat this time around, but the fights are going to be tough for sure!

1. Sapphiron

First up is the creature for whom the new wing gets its name. Sapphiron comes calling with its Frost Breath. Anything not frozen is immediately destroyed by it, so be sure to work that around your strategy! It also has Frozen Champion, a 2/10 minion that’s perma-frozen and gives immunity to minions beside it. Shadow Word: Pain might help, but if you can gain control of it through Cabal Shadow Priest, then you can use its ability for your own minions.

Sapphiron also uses Pure Cold, a spell that deals a whopping 8 damage to the face and freezes you. It’s only 5 mana to cast, so be sure to prepare for it on its fifth turn.

Destroying Sapphiron rewards you with two copies of Echoing Ooze.

2. Kel’Thuzad

The last boss of Naxx is none other than the man himself, so make sure you’re properly equipped for this fight!

The boss has phases. In the first phase of the fight, Kel’Thuzad will use Chains as his Hero Power. At the cost of 8 mana, it takes control of a random enemy minion until end of turn. In Heroic Mode, the mind control is permanent!

In the second phase, the boss will use Frost Blast, which deals 3 damage to you in addition to being frozen. It costs 0 mana, so be prepared to have him cast it all the time.

Kel’Thuzad has a few minions to make your life a little harder. Mr. Bigglesworth, his cat, is a zero drop 1/1. While that may not really sound like a lot, he also has Guardian of Icecrown on his side. They are 4 to cast, 3/3 minions with Taunt. Be sure to have your AoE at the ready for these guys!

Defeating Kel’Thuzad will reward you with two copies of Shade of Naxxramas and Legendary Kel’Thuzad. If you’ve been able to successfully clear all wings of Naxx in Heroic Mode, then finishing the last wing will reward you with a Naxx card back as well!

Good luck, adventurer!
