Local telco Smart is offering a first dibs option for subscribers who want to opt-in on Samsung’s latest and greatest smartphones: the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge.

Korean tech company Samsung has always been at top three brands for local consumers and their latest offerings come in two variants, the S6 and S6 Edge. After months of rumors, teasers, and hype, the flagships have been released and are on their way to our shores.

Smart Communications Inc. have released the news that subscriber plans for both the S6 and S6 Edge come with bolstered monthly data volume allowance for consumers to better enjoy their handsets. Plan 999 is the lowest plan you can go to get access to the S6 or S6 Edge, and it already comes with 5GB of data a month, 3GB more than one of their competitors for the same price. Did we mention the data is already of an LTE sort?

Getting any plan from Smart with your S6 or S6 Edge comes with added perks, including – but not limited to – the following:

  • FREE Samsung Wireless Charger
  • FREE One month Gadget Care smartphone insurance
  • FREE Deezer Premium+ for 24 months
  • A chance to pick and choose one item from a list of freebies including concert tickets, gift certificates, and certified Samsung accessories

Using Plan 999 as a base model, expect the cash out for the Samsung Galaxy S6 to range from P19,200 for the 32GB model, or P800 on a 24-month installment basis. The 32GB S6 Edge clocks in at P24,000 cash out, or P1,000 for 24 months.

You can opt-in for the Samsung Galaxy handset you want by going to the Smart minisite here. You can also know more about the S6 and S6 Edge, plus other subscriber plans Smart has for these devices.
