ToggleHeld at the SMX Aura Convention Center in Manila from May 23 to 24, the massive two-day event drew close to 4,000 physical attendees. Online broadcasts also surged, reaching nearly 50,000 peak concurrent viewers who tuned in to watch the Grand Finals of both the Garena Elite Philippines and the regional Garena Summer Invitational.
Garena’s CODM Summer Event: PH Domination
The Summer Invitational brought together the absolute best rosters from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and the Philippines to battle for a slice of the combined $100,000 prize pool.
Despite the fierce international competition, the local teams completely defended their home turf. Team ELEVATE claimed the championship title, marking an incredible third consecutive GSI crown for the organization. Emerging organization Alula SC secured second place, while Team Star Magic finished third to finalize the all-Philippine podium sweep.
By finishing in the top two positions, both ELEVATE and Alula SC earned direct qualification to the upcoming Group Stage of the Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship 2026 qualifiers.
Domestic Milestones: Garena Elite Philippines Stages First Offline Battle Royale
On the domestic side, the GEP tournament delivered its own set of milestones. The event hosted the first-ever official offline LAN Battle Royale tournament for CODM in the Philippines.

LEAP UNBOUND outlasted the competition to become the inaugural LAN Battle Royale champions. Meanwhile, SKAERI relied on clinical tactical execution to shut down their opponents and lift the domestic Multiplayer championship trophy.
On-Ground Fan Activations and Hardware Partnerships
Beyond the main tournament stages, the festival functioned as a massive community gathering. The weekend featured live performances from prominent local creators including Myrtle, Patsy, Sharlene, and Doc Z, who opened the ceremonies with a live rendition of the anthem “In the Zone.”

The event was heavily supported by mainstream brand partners Shopee and Infinix. Infinix served as the official gaming phone partner, showcasing its latest NOTE 60 Series devices on the show floor. Members of the championship-winning GEP and GSI rosters were also awarded brand-new Infinix smartphones during the victory ceremonies.
